Are you rubbish at sales and marketing?

Let’s face it most small business marketing is not producing results.  Marketing often does not work and ends up as a cost and not an investment. The truth is that 95% of small business owners did not start their business because they were good at sales and marketing.  They started it because they were good at:

  • Landscape gardening
  • Accountancy
  • Software development
  • Training
  • Repairing cars
  • Etc.

In other words, business owners have good operational skills, but so often lacks the three skills that can lead to the demise of a business and they are sales skills, marketing skills, and financial skills.  These skills are often the skills that the owner of the business is not good at, or does not like doing or both!
