The good news is reducing costs is easy, instant and you can do it right now today.
The bad news is that there is only so much that you can save. You can save 5% here, 10% there and who knows you might even be able to save 20% of your costs, but there is a limit.
The only real way to increase the profit in your business is therefore to increase sales.
